running rich after turbo swap

Ok i just swaped in a new td05 evo III 16g into my 91 tsi ran into like a million problems she is running rich i checked all hose they apear tro be on fine but she is running rich and stumbling please help thanx

What's it boosting? Pretty weird for a simple 14b to 16g swap.

Did you take off any of the charge piping besides the jpipe? Boost leak?

yeah i removed all the piping to clean it i just have never experienced a boost leak if thats what it is any information would be greatly appreciated my mods are full greddy hard piping blitz blow off valve walbro 255 and now EvoIII 16g and rc650's

Pre o2 sensor exhaust leak? Or bad o2 sensor?
