i’m not sure if it’s a 6 or 7 bolt, i assume it is a 7 bolt as it is a 99gst, i dont believe it was swapped. either way ill need to find a solution
There's usually no interference with a 7 bolt. The coolant pipe and lower rad hose are different with a 6 bolt.

From your picture in your profile it has a 1g intake manifold and looks to be a 1g cas, would be good signs it's been swapped.

First, check the numerous forums about 6 or 7 bolt identification, this subject has been beaten to death.
Anyway, those "things" are your shifter cables. Look at your oil pan to identify whether your car is a 6 or 7 bolt. If the oil pan has a concave (dip) on the driver's side, then it's a 7 bolt. If the oil pan is more squared, then it's a 6 bolt. I believe that the 6 bolt design ended in 1994. The 1995-1999 model years came with the 7 bolt.
The hose that is being rubbed by the shifter cables looks to be your lower radiator hose. One possible solution could be to purchase a pre-formed radiator hose that goes around the shifter cables. Obviously make sure the new radiator hose is the same diameter as the one on your car.
