Rubber strap and mounting location. 2g mbc

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get the metal strap with the rubber inside it to mount my Hallman Pro Series controller in my 2g. I want to mount it very solid and professional looking but I don't know how or where. It doesnt have a nut I can just bolt it down to a peice of metal and mount that somewhere. I posted a picture of what it looks like. Thanks.

take it with you to home depot and they sell galvanized pipe and wire hanging straps with rubber inserts to prevent scraping for under a buck each.
