OKay, I'm pretty well set on the RS60t as the turbo i want for my car. Fuel and tuning are taken care of, however i need to figure out exactly how to do the intake tract. Specifically, the filter/pipe/mas assembly. I'm about at the limits of my budget, so if you do suggest an expensive part, at least offer a humorous get rich quick idea to go along with it ;)

Parts I have
K&N stock replacement drop in filter
stock 1g mas

Parts I'm 'sure' about
RS60t
O2 eliminator downpipe
ebay bar and plate core
I'm using mandrel bent pipes and silicone connectors and building it all myself
2g throttle body elbow
Boost sciences MBC

Parts I am not sure about
Boost sciences diverter valve (it holds solid past 30psi, and i could probably get 40 for my good condition 1g valve)
intake pipe
wastegate (i don't plan on running 'below 17 psi' very often, however breaking in the clutch and other such parts... i might want to... )

I'm probably going to make/buy a Catch can, and probably not use the charcoal canister.

Oh yeah, and i do have ABS if that matters...

Get a Keydiver chip.

...and after *insert get quick rich scheme here* brings in some dough, I highly suggest the MAFT w/GM MAF sensor.

Is the block stock? A 93 GSX is a 1G 7-bolt with small rods.

I'll be using DSMlink, and the Zeitronix wideband O2, boost, and egt gauge system.
the block is completely stock, and will be until I blow it up. or crankwalk. whichever comes first :thumb: I can't justifty spending money on internals in a 7 bolt. probably should have mentioned that.
Clutch will be a Spec stage 3 six puck
fuel is going to be 850s and walbro 255 rewired with an AFPR
Head is stock. intake manifold is stock (i'll port it slightly)
exhaust will be 3 inches all the way through
i'm sure i'm forgetting some stuff, but thats the gist of my planned setup

I guess I'm just having trouble figureing out exactly what i need to be able to pipe the intake tract. I"m going to be getting mandrel bent aluminum for the intercooler piping, however can i just "make" an intake pipe out of 3 inch aluminum? I don't plan on useing ANY of the stock piping.
