The lower intercooler pipe has a nipple on it that I believe is what connects to the stock boost controls. I am wiring my MBC so it tees into the BOV line and then goes straight to the wastegate actuator. What should I do about that fitting on the pipe? It will probably blow off a cap. What did you guys do? Thanks.

A small cap with a zip-tie should work fine, but if it doesnt you can just weld it shut. If you don't have access to a welder just bring the pipe to an exhaust shop and have them do it for you. I would sand the weld smooth and put some paint on it just to make sure it doesn't rust also.

A vacuum cap and a small coupler will do just fine. That is what I have done. Make sure you get both sized right.
Both are available from your local autoparts store.
