rpm's drop to 1100 hold for a sec then drop to 500??

thats basically all of it, but here is alittle bit of a more detailed problem

let the clutch out and the rpm's drop after it drops to 1100 rpms holds for a second then drops to 500 or so

my TPS is set to 10.1 which is alittle high mabye that could be it
I idle at 800ish which is normal
no boost leaks
i think it might be something with my recurit cuz i think it does it more when i blow off but i know all thats good
i'm not venting

is this driving or idling?... If ur just sitting still id say idle control valve

like comming to a light i take it out of gear and the rpm's drop to 1100 sit for a sec then go to like 500 or so

I too, had weird idling problems and ultimately, service to the throttle body was my solution. Check out this post. I would recommend doing what I did; It might help you.
