RPM wire on CAS

I have a 92 tsi auto...i have maf-t 2.02 was just lookin at a few threads and could NOT find a thing about which wire to hook the "white" wire up to from the maf-t. I was told its the white wire on the cas...but im not completely sure, if you look at the plug from the front of the car, its the wire in the very back of the plug. Correct me if this isnt the wire i hook it up to.. cause i found a thread actually where the wire was hooked up to a black wire? Not sure bout this. Btw, whats going on with the "install" on vfaq for this?

just did this today, the white wire gets spliced into the #2 wire on your CAS. Looking at it from the passenger side its the 2nd one from the left. Easier way to look at it there are 4 wires coming off the CAS. You know it has to go onto a black wire, but there are two black wires!!! Pick the SMALLER black wire (its only a little smaller but you'll notice it after staring at the wire bundle)

HAHA that would explain why my car was running like shit....had it hooked up to the white wire(the one on the far left looking at it from the passenger side)...like some company, not mentioning any names that has very bad customer service, told me. Thank you maybe my car will run now

Yikes!!! Just move your splice one wire to the right and you'll be money
