I have read over the instructions for wiring up a 1g cas but just had a few questions.

Red(12v) to Red
Black (ground) to black
Yellow(crank signal) to blue(crank plug)
White(cam signal) to blue(cam plug)

Why not wire up both red wires from each plug and both black wires from each plug? I don't see why it would hurt anything to have both ground wires connected. Wouldn't it just ensure a good ground source for the sensor?
What about two 12v going to the sensor. That would be like having a larger wire for the 12v feed. I like the idea of having a better ground and also no cut off wires hanging around. Would this cause any problems?

One other question about swapping the firing order around. Couldn't you just install the sensor 180 out instead of swapping pins or swapping your plug wires around?
