Rough start

Okay, I've been having this problem the last couple of weeks. Whenever I start the car (could be that it's been sitting a couple of days, or I just drove it ten minutes ago, and in hot or cooler weather) it idles at like 500 RPM for a few minutes, then it will go to 750 RPM, which is where I have it set. In addition, I notice that once it is in operating range, if I turn on the AC, the idle drops to 500, instead of going to 850 like it is supposed to.

I have adjusted the timing (again yesterday thinking maybe it somehow got pulled, but it was at 5*). I checked for boost leaks, because I've been having fuel cut issues, but no dang boost leaks.

Anyone have any idea? I'm going to try new plugs, but I don't think that's it. The AC shouldn't pull the RPMs down like it does if plugs was the problem. All ideas are welcome.

i had a problem like this, when the engine was idle it felt like it was going to stall, i needed a new idle speed controller, that fixed it perfectly, so maybe its that

I already replaced the ISC several months ago. I also check the voltage, and it is in operating condition.
