95 GS. My eclipse has idling problems. It dies when going super slow or when stopped. I assumed it was the IAC. I installed a used one I had laying around and the same problem kept happening. I ended up kinda opening it and disconnecting it and it worked better. So I ordered a new one and installed it. Car ran perfect, normal rpms, normal idle, normal everything. When I started it the second time the same dying problem occurred. I cleaned the throttle body, same problem. I switched the throttle body to an old one I had laying around, ran even worse, couldn't even make it out the garage. switched the ECU, same problem. Looked at the PCV, working perfectly fine, haven't really looked for vaccum leaks as i dont have a smoke machine but i doubt it. Im running out of ideas and I really dont understand the problem. Let me know if you've been thru something similar or have any idea on what the problem could be.
