Rough idle after clutch job

What would cause my car to idle extremely rough or not start at all after a clutch job. I have tried moving spark plug wires around and moving the cas to see if it moved at all but still is idling like junk and then dies after a while. Is there a sensor I could have missed that would cause this?

Check your vacuum lines and connectors to make sure nothing is left unpluged.Sounds like a vacuum leak or you left the mas unplugged or something like that.
