ross pistons on 1g stock rods ???help

i just picked up a set of ross pistons and i want to know what has to be done to put them on 1g stock rods ???i was told to just buy eagle rods but im on a budget and i dont see why i need those rods when im only looking for 400whp .....so if you have any info on what has to be done and a price it would help

and the piston part number is 99810

Yes you absolutely can. You will just have the pins pressed into the rods and leave the piston floating on the pin, and do not install circlips.

^ What he said is correct. However if you get the Eagle rods, the pins are freefloating in the pistons and the rods, so you won't have to pay a machine shop to press them apart and back on for you.
