Ring gap standard values and limit.

First time engine builder here.
I purchased STD size Hastings rings for my 02 4g64 eclipse.

The manual says standard value (0.010-0.013) and the next column say limit (0.03)

My confusion comes because the ring gaps are all just under 0.025. For both top and bottom.

For me not being passed the 0.03 limit am I in the clear even though im not near the standard value?

That tells me that either your engine has been bored out already, or it needs bored out to the next oversize due to wear.
