in the process of rebuilding my motor, block has been machined .020 and 85.5 wisecos will be used. Wiseco reccomends .017 and .019 for top and bottom ring. I have read that these are minimums and should go more, need some real experience input please before i ruin 25 dollar a set piston rings. Thanks.
 
Oh maybe this will help as well, running a scm61 and looking for 400+ whp. Im thinging the .021 and .022 .023 range for the rings. Please correct me in im wrong.

For reference i went a. 024.022 maybe more.aiming for 4-600hp
