Rich knock or phantom knock

So I know there is a section for posting logs and tuning advice but im still a probationary member even though i've been around these cars for 7 years and have a lot of experience.

Im seeing some knock with AF readings at or below 10.0 and timing pulled back to 5. This doesn't seem very reasonable so I'm wondering if its phantom knock from a bad sensor or rich knock.

Let me know what you guys see in my logs here and any advice would be appreciated.

Also, running a 14b with evo 560ccs and wally 255 on an OEM 6 bolt swap.

If your AFR's are not above 10.0 at any point, you may well be getting rich knock. This would esp be true running a 255 with larger injectors on a 14b.

Do you have a way to try and pull some fuel from the curve?

Rich knock. If there is any question put race gas in the car and see if it goes away.
