rich idle after gasket LOG

So im really starting to lose my mind with this car. I blew an intake mani gasket at the track a few weeks back. Im talking like pieces blown out of it, it was so rotted. Car ran like a champ all the way home. AFR's where on target at all times.

I replaced the gasket and it runs so rich at idle when warm. I cannot for the life of me get the idle straight. Cruise and pulls are spot on. AFR at idle is 13.8-14.3. CombinedFT is 29% and cant get it to change with deadtime. Airflowperrev is a little bouncy but is around .25. Ill post up a log.

Now the only things i did when replacing the gasket is took whatever the silencer thing is on the bottom of the manifold bracket and grounded it to the firewall. Also did the write-up on removing the water lines to the throttle body and screwed in the plug inside the body. After I was all finished I did a BLT to 25psi.

I reset my fuel trims. Hit 14.7-15.3 for a bit and then went to 13.9 after the trims where set. Cylinder 3 is coming up rich. I've changed coil pack, transistor and resister pack. Also rewired the injector clip along with swapping injectors around. Im lost at this point.

when cruising and WOT, AFR's are good. Ive done pulls, shut the car down and pulled the plugs with good results. Its only at idle. o2 voltage only hits .75 volts.
