ECMlink Idle log after throttlebody replacement

First off, This cars is mostly stock. Mods are injen intake,3in exhaust o2 back. Car began misfire on #4. Completed BLT to find a major leak on TPS side TB shaft seal and in #4 injector seal. I purchased a rebuilt TB and swapped sensors before installation. I purchased a WB to install in front o2 and simulate NB with DSMLink. I wanted to get set up with idle and cruise tune before swapping the NB with WB. I swapped in a DSMlink V3 ecu to set tps voltage. I was able to get it to .63v. I made an idle log where the TPS voltage went to .65v. I adjusted to get back to .63 using TPS tool in link. When adjusting the BISS to get ISC position to 30. This has been difficult as the numbers vary slightly. The AFratioest. seems a little high. Any advice?

Looks like you may be running on an older firmware version. I'd look into this:

After upgrading, check things again and post another log if you'd like. Everything looks in check in the log, and I wouldn't be terribly concerned if the estimate is a bit off. It is an estimate after all.

Thank you for the suggestion. The firmware has been updated along with program updates. I have run into an issue with the TPS. When I have the car in "ON" it reads .63v (after having been shut down after a cruise and idle to warm up). When I start the car, TPS volts jump to .65v, then to .67v. Obviously while driving, idle jumps to just over 1,000 rpms. Here is a "ON", then start log after I went for a light cruise.

Have you run the TPS wizard to see if you can correct that?

When logging car "ON" but not started, I used the TPS wizard to see if it would help. It performs perfectly in "ON" ranging from .63v off pedal to 5v pedal fully engaged. The only suggestion it made was:

offset: -1
Scale: 101%

The issue still remains.

Try adjusting it one way or another and redoing the TPS wizard. Or if you have another TPS handy, swap that on.

Adjust it to .61 car off so that it bumps up to .63 car on. I found this out while rotating the TPS 180* for my wire tuck. I didn't even have to re-calibrate it in link it was good 0% closed to 100% open.

I replaced the TPS with an extra one. When setting this one, I set to .61v. I do like that this sensor is closer to the middle of the slots for adjustment. At idle, TPS stayed at .63v until I started giving it some throttle. It would shoot to .65v. I inspected the throttle cable and re-adjusted it. After adjustment, TPS would go down to .61v. I tried adjusting the TPS in Link with some success. the idle is looking better. I also adjusted the BISS after getting the TPS dialed in. I shall see what a cruise will yield.

I have finally gotten the bugs worked out of my idle. I had to put a few miles on the car to get everything where it should. After more adjusting, TPS stays at .63v and occasionally .65v. I also successfully installed the wideband in the front o2 location running the 0-5v line to pin 76 using link for o2 simulation. O2 seems to be cycling fine with setting suggested for my device from ecmlink.
