Help with safc settings after rich log

So I need some advice on what to set my safc settings at after this log, I see Im running very rich. IM running 750cc injectors with keydiver chip.

-12 across the board, 4th gear pull. Could only get to 100mph then ran out of road. I feel like im posting this for no reason since no one will even say something.

I don't think it's necessary to do 4th gear pulls. 3rd gear usually works just as well, and it's a lot safer. The narrowband O2 sensor data is pretty much useless I wouldn't really pay much attention to it.

Normally I would say to keep leaning slowly it out until you see knock, but I suspect you have a boost leak. Have you done a boost leak test lately? Does the car feel quick or does it feel slow?
 
Well, I just replaced my o2 sensor that has not been working. Im not sure if I have a boost leak, its hard to do one, but I should make a trip to a gas station when I have time. My car actually feels pretty fast though, on the t-25 I went from 90-100 in about a second. Oh and the logs are all in second besides that last one, becasue I have no third gear for another 3 weeks. It really seems that I would have a boost leak though, unless the chip is just off by that much. Im not knocking at all though and my timing is pretty darn good. Wouldnt a boost leak make it all wacky?

My understanding is the chip is just used to get your setup into the ball park and then the safc is used for fine tuning. The chip isn't going to make everything perfect just on its own. Because its such a small turbo I don't think that your off that far. I would see if their is anyone local to you that you could borrow a wb02 from. I tuned my setup using just a logger and came out with -16/-17 across the board at different points then had a local shop do a street tune with a wb02 and then ended up at -25 in some points. I would try to see if thats available or an option.
 
why would you have 750cc injectors and a T-25?

How much boost are you running? 750's are pretty freakin hard to tune with the AFC. I would guess that you'd be closer to -35 to -45 across the board, but hey, every car is different. I'm at -20 with 550's........

Make the best of what you have, tune for timing and no knock. Pay attention to the o2's, but don't rely only on them to tune.

Well he did say he had a keydriver chip, so tuning 750's should not be hard to do at all. I would say that you have a small boost leak somewhere also. It wouldn't take a big leak to throw your afr's off by that much. Do a boost leak test with soapy water, find it and fix it and start over with the tune.
