ECMlink Rich at idle and dies when coming to a stop "Sometimes"

I picked this car up 3 weeks ago and was running about 12.0:1 wide open and a little lean at idle. I found the Base Fuel pressure was only at 38psi. Car not running Fuel Pump turned on with ECMlink. I adjusted it to 43-44 psi which is what it was at when it was tuned. I have checked and rechecked with the car running "no vacuum line and the line blocked so no vacuum leaks" I also checked again by turning the Fuel pump on with ECMlink, 43-44psi every time now and it goes 11.2-11.4 WOT now.

After it warms up and I am driving and come to a stop it dies randomly and starts right back up... So instead of continuing to try to capture this I decided to get up to operating temp and let it Idle to see where my fuel trims are...

I took this Log after getting it in the garage and just firing her back up and letting it idle. I see CombineFT of -12.5% at 41.274 Seconds into the capture and then by 205.231 I see CombineFT of .4%...
I am 99% sure I probably need to start all over back at setting the injectors Global% and Deadtimes.... I am running FIC 750's and a rewired walbro 190 with a FuelLab AFPR at 43-44 Base Fuel pressure.
I have not touched the tune at all. EMClink says start at -40% and 330 deadtime and the current settings are -23% and 315 deadtime...

Please see the attached log. I have been out of the game for 12 years and only every dealt with non SD setups. I KNOW some fuel need pulled at idle seems to be around 5% according to the STFT not sure whether this needs done with deadtime or in the SD table...

Thanks for the input. If I you think I should just start over let me know. Otherwise I will try to save it...

Thanks Pauleyman, as you saw that is what I suspected. Better safe than sorry.

I will go over everything in Kevin Jewers tuning prep and start over.
