boostiality said:Hey guys just a quick tip for those who want to make a recirculated bov louder.
I made the same exact thing but on my GReddy type S a few years back when I initially purchased my car and found that the original recirculating tube was cut. I started out with a pvc tube as well but found that if one were to utlize any kind of metal tube instead i.e copper or aluminum sink pipeing for those who want to make it pretty. I guess its due to properties of the material itself which makes it better for "bouncing" noise as opposed to absorbing it like plastic would.

are you sure you can twist off the horn? I've tried with my hands [ didn't want to damage it ] and the damn horn is stuck on there...
I think i'm going to be threading a metal pipe on there and welding a greddy flange to that sucker.. thanks for relighting my drive to finish this damn project

Why not just use the stock 1g BOV(for both 1g and 2g)? Are there any benefits to recirculating an aftermarket athmospheric BOV or are you guys just looking for a workaround because you didnt expect all the problems with an atmospheric BOV on a DSM?
to you venters: i had this blow off valve in non recirculated for a while and this makes such a huge difference. as you can see by my profile i have a 16g w/supporting mods and wow this is the cats ass. im glad i went through the work to find this out. the car hauls so much more ass, turbo stays spooled w/shifts, no bogging, no bullshit. its totally worth the effort to do this if you dont have a blow through set up.
