one day they work next day they dont

i have a 95 talon i have put a 99 body kit on it and had to get some 97-99 reverse lights so i got them and rewired longer wires on the reverse lights of the talon and taped them up good and then tested them out they worked great then the next day neather works and i tested the wire with a light tester no power at all so i checked the fuse fuse not blown but no power going to it  so i checked under the hoods fuse and it gets power so i dont know whats going on cause they worked fine before i rigged up the eclipse reveser lights.

Solder your connections and use heat shrink tubing, not tape. If that doesnt fix it, replace the reverse light switch in the tranny. If it is a turbo, the switch is located on the top of the tranny with a 2 wire plug going to it. The switch screws into the tranny so all you have to do is unscrew it counter clockwise like a conventional bolt. If it is a n/t, I assume the procedure would be the same but Im not possitive because I havent dealt with this problem on a n/t yet.

And last but not least, fill out your vehicle profile. There is a place for you to include the year, make, and model. I know you say it is a 95 talon, but that is still very vague.
