I have a feeling someone is going to try and own you for asking this question, so before they do i will try and help. http://www.destines.com/tuning-guide/1turbo/ If you follow the tuning guides you should be able to reach those times. A Stage 1 setup will typically raise power output on a turbocharged 1G DAM to about 300hp at the crank (about 250whip). That can equal low 13S or possibly even high 12 second 1/4 mile times on the track using 100+ octane fuel and assuming the car is in good working order. Thats from the tuning guide under the stage 1 mods. Hope this helps
