i got a buddy that was wondering if he can use forged pistons and rods off a turbo 420a motor and put them into his 4g63..
he wants to know asap hes only gona pay 300buks...

Because a turbocharged 420a is still a 420a. It doesn't magically turn into a 4g63. And the pistons and rods are not interchangeable.
 
the 420A motor was made at Saltillo Engine in Mexico under Chrysler specs, and the 4G63 motor was made in Japan. Whole different design there - Like the 5.0L (302cid) FORD and the 5.0L (Z28 302cid) Chevy motor.
