I'm missing this part on my 96 Eclipse GS-T... What might it be? I really am unsure , thanks!

It's not missing. It's behind your intake cam gear. 2ga's came with the CAS there, while 1g's and 2gb's had it like the picture above.

Indeed snowboarder is right! I had to find that out the hard way. thought mine was missing too so i did an intake cam swap so i could have my CAS back when the whole time it was under the cam sproket..
