[RESOLVED] What is malfunctioning Eprom, Chip, or Something Else?

Little background before I state the problem. I have a 98 gsx and I put the wideband in my 2nd o2 spot so naturally the ecu throws the heater circuit bank 2 code every now and then, but I just clear the code and it doesn't come back until the car is shut off and restarted sometimes.

Fast forward to now. I have a 95 eprom ecu with a keydiver chip in it. The first few days the car was running exactly the same the ecu would throw the o2 code and I would clear it and be done. But NOW when the code is cleared when it comes on, but now while I am driving, the ecu throws the code again and when the code comes up the car bucks also. Sometimes the CEL will go off before I can even hook the logger up to clear it, and if I have time to pull the code, it is the 02 code again. And it will just randomly come on. What would be causing this problem?

I had the same code on my car it also is a 98 eclipse gsx whta it could be is a ground wire that is connected to the frame of the car and your downpipe and catback exhaust cause when I bought my exhaust system that code came up because I broke the ground wire when I removed the stock catback so checked the ground wires.

figured it out. For some reason the keydiver chip was not seated fully.
