[RESOLVED] Turbo oil feed crush washers

So I searched and everything is for oil return.

My 16g oil feed banjo bolt is leaking. I need to know what size it is so I can get two crush washers. Its something I can drive on but I really dont want to. It is also causing my car to leave dribble spots when the car sits.

Extremepsi has crush washers but I need to know what size before I buy them

What size is the head on the banjo bolt? My 14b uses a 12mm crush washer just bought some from ACE today

The head side of the line is 10mm, the turbo side of the line is 12mm.

Yeah sorry, I wasn't clear on that. Its leaking on the turbo not the head. Also am I suppose to use 2? one for top and bottom?

Yes. In spect the turbo section for any large nicks same for the bolt on the mating side. The crush washers are soft enough they should seal but make sure you have a clean flat surface before crushing them. Also they are "technically" a one time use part. So anytime you undo the line your supposed to replace them

Also make sure you torque the bolts that go through the crush washers down to spec whatever the factory manual says. If you under torque them it will still leak.

Okay kolby, So I need 12mm crush washers?

Yes sir! on on top and one on bottom like you stated but I bought six they were pretty cheap that way I have spares incase I have to remove the line for any reason

Looks like I will head over to ace hardware performance tomorrow... Every other bolt is from there why not the crush washers...
