[RESOLVED] Should I get a logger?

Ok, I have a mildly tuned '90 TSIAWD. EVO3 16G, Apexi 3" turbo back (cat eliminated), Dejon intake pipe w/ K&N on stock MAF. Stock SMIC, Dejon hard UPIC to TB, 1g BOV. Stock injectors and fuel pump. engine is de-emissioned, stock otherwise. SO...

What to do next, I have a little money left over (couple hundred bucks) what should I invest in next?? Walboro 255 pump or pocketlogger? I already have a Palmpilot IIIx, so that part is done, but would buying a pocketlogger cable and software be better to start the next tuning level or go for the upgrade in fuel components first???

This will be done in small steps, no massive tuning budget right now, so keep in mind this is my daily driver and will add parts as the cash allows.

Thanks for the tips:thumb:

You should have gotten the logger before anything else imho!
You could make the cable if you're cheap and crafty and download MMCD(free)
Otherwise the cables typically run $25-35. Just double check your palm is compatible

If the logger could have told me my turbo was about to quit and the rubber IC pipes were leaking, I could understand. But, this was what was needing replaced badly before the car was going to run:sosad:

I was looking at DSM pocketlogger cables and software ($125) nicely made IMHO, but I'm open to anyone sharing experiences with pocketlogger v's MMCD:thumb:

Anykind of logging software, whether its homemade or bought of a website is a must!!

Sure it wont tell you everything you wish it would but the little information it possess... is key ;)...

This is the most common route and works great!
