1. What is this and where does it go?

2. Can someone look at their oxygen sensor connector and see what color wires match up? My plastic connector for the oxygen sensor is broken but I can still plug the wires in the mating connector.

According to the repair manuals there should be two wires for the car side of the connector. The car side's white wire should be hooked to the sensors blue wire. The car side black wire should be hooked to the sensor side white or gray wire.

That is your FP/MFI relay. It belongs next to your ECU and connects to a pale yellow'ish plug that has several wires running into it.
