If you remove your a-Pillar and then the dash speaker cover(one screw on side of dash and two clips), then you should see a giant hole right next to the speaker. You can also pry the dash out right by the weather stripping and sqeeze the wires/hose into the space thats now exposed. When you put the speaker cover back on it will not interfer with the hose/wires; it merely makes it easier to put into place. Then the hose can go from there to the firewall and your choice of how to pull it through. Most common is using the steering wheel grommet.

You shouldn't even have to take out your speaker cover. Where the A-pillar slides in between the A-pillar frame and the side of the dash, there should be a large enough crack to get the correct size vacuum hose through. If nothing else, reach up with a coat hanger to see where to route it.
