[RESOLVED] mitsubishi or chrysler transmission?

How do I know which I have, I went to go buy a axle seal, and they asked me. I tried to do a few searches for "transmission make, transmission model" and things like that, but got nothing.

How can I find out?

Manual 2g GST axle seal - MD742053 (same seal for both sides, unlike AWD)

If this question surfaces in the future, always refer to the engine builder....if Chrysler builds your engine (420A), then your transmission will be made by Chrysler also. If Mitsubishi built your engine (4G63), then you have a Mitsu tranny as well.
