[RESOLVED] Looking for Tutorial on 5 Speed Transmission Swap for 420A

Hey guys,
Can't find a write-up for a 5-Speed swap. My 5-Speed Completely froze. Made a scratching / grinding noise for 2 years, and she finally froze in my driveway!

For a couple of days, I had to force it into each gear. And now, it's frozen. In neutral, when I let the clutch in, the car dies. When I shift into each gear, nothing happens. It will just rev-up with resistance, and die if I try to let the clutch in. The transmission will not rotate!!

Anyway,
I'm looking for a write-up on this. Any assistance will be great!!


On a side note
I have a '98 Auto ECU in the car. It's my friend's old car, and he threw a random ECU in it to make it run. He claimed the car was faster with the auto ECU. When I put in the '95 Manual ECU, shouldn't it be timed better for the slightly more aggressive manual cams? The Auto ECU is slightly toned-down for the auto version. Correct?

Are you serious, you cant put and auto ECU in a Manny or vs verse. That's one of your biggest problems. yes the car will start and run but you cant drive it and have anything else working. Christ even the starter setup is different on an auto. Auto ECU's and Manny ECU's control WAYYYYYY too many different things like (Sensors) there is not one bit of difference with your cams all 420a cams are the same along with timing.
