This problem came to a head when I saw smoke billowing from under my hood. Upon investigation it was oil that had leaked from the valve cover (above the manifold). I also have a pool of oil by the spark plug wires and in cyl. #4 spark plug well. I know a bad VC gasket and Oil Cap gasket are most obvious, however it has a brand new gaskets, and were installed correctly. It wasn't leaking one bit for over a month. (Trust me, I was quite proud that I installed a VC gasket that didn't leak).

Upon further investigation, my oil pressure is muchh higher than it used to be. (I'm sorry, I suck and don't have a REAL oil pressure gauge). I know high oil pressure can be a side effect of high crank case pressure. I've idled the car w/ the oil cap off, and sure enough, a good amount of air blows out the oil fill. (enough to lift the oil cap off when resting on top).

I've removed the PCV Valve and works flawlessly when not installed (air only blows OUT the barbed side, and not in). However I ran the car w/ the breather and oil fill closed, and the PCV Vacuum disconnected (but plugged) and little to NO air comes out the PCV valve.

I also checked compression and the numbers are nearly perfect (160, 150, 160, 165). Does not burn ANY oil though the exhaust either. Checked turbo shaft play and has ZERO in/out shaft play (turbo is 6mo young). And there is no oil in my IC pipes.

All this leads me to believe my turbo seals are good, piston rings are good, valve seals are good, and PCV is good. The only thing I can find wrong, is although the PCV valve is good, it seems there is blockage inside the Valve Cover since very little air comes out the PCV valve.

Any help would be awesome! I'm stumped!!

When you ran the car with the PCV hose disconnected and little to no air comes out- have you also ran the car with the PCV valve removed to see how much air comes out then? That would rule out the valve entirely.

Well, thanks to all the feedback, I think I found out what's up...

I'm pretty sure someone messed around w/ my fuel settings om my MAFT at the track, I was dumb and left my car un-attended w/ the hood popped. Some sketchy evo guys were snooping around. Now that I reset the trims, it has no oil leakage and seems to be back to normal...
