Ok,

So I put my key in the car turn it two clicks and the lights (Battery, Brake, Coolant sensor, CEL, Gas, etc) come on full brightness. I turn the car off and all the lights go off besides the Coolant / Battery and they just dimmed alot.

Then I put down my brake and the brake light stays on just dimmed.

So I have all bright lights with the key in and when I turn it on they all disappear besides the Batter / Coolant / Brake and they are super dim.

It worked fine last night, got in it this morning and it did this.

Bad ground or something?

Yeah disconnect your battery for a minute then put it back on and check it.
See if it resets.
If not Faulty wiring in the fuse box maybe
Seems like your running a constant into your cluster but could also be bad ground cause of how it dimsWTF.
Should be easy fix when you find the source.
Id pull the cluster out make sure the wires arn't damaged

Its time to buy a new alternator, these 3 lights staying on dim is a for warning that your alternator is about to take a crap. I would suggest not driving untill you get a new one. Cause once it does take a crap you will be stuck on the side of the road.

This man speaks the truth, replaced the alt and it runs fine.

Resolved.
