Please someone help me! I have tried hooking it up all different ways. It seems like the 87 pole on the relay, which is yellow is not doing anything. I did power tests and it seems like its just a ground which would make sense for the button.

86 pole I wired directly to a ground so that should not be a problem (black wire)

pole 30 I ran to the black/white wire under the dash at the harness for the starter

pole 85 went to the black/red wire for 12v power and also spliced into that for direct power to the actuall button

Pole 87A which is red he says is not used...and as far as I can tell this is not a ground or a power according to my tester.

So I don't know what else to try...someone help please and thank you

Ok, I have even made a little diagram on how I installed it...god I hope someone figures this out, I am an electical retard.

That "diagram" is a mess ^

This is how you need to do it.

Also, Im not seeing the point in really doing this. You realize youre still going to have to put your key in and turn it to ON (to give power fuel pump and ignition) THEN you can hit the start switch right?

yes that is nice to know, good knowladge to have! But it wasn't that, I figured out that the actuall button was not transfering power from the power wire to the starter wire. So I hooked up the Engine Start button just to power and ground for the light to come one, then made it so that when I push that button it triggers another button under the dash that actually transfers power and hooked up the starter wire and power wire to that button. WORKS NOW!! thanks for the information though I always kinda wondered that.
