I know this is going to be a stretch to get this question answered, but I thought I would give it a try.

I just completed the first stages of my n/t build-up (check mod list) and am now ready to take it to a dyno shop and have it run and configured to the proper settings. Everything from the cam gears, fuel settings, and ECU mapping. There are dyno shops a few hours from where I live, but I am looking for one that specializes in DSM's. It takes a person with great familiarity to properly tune a DSM, not just any mechanic with a dyno who is used to Cameros and Firebirds or possibly even a Honda. Does anyone know of a place they would recommend to have this type of work done. Keep in mind I live in Iowa, so don't suggest Cali. or Florida. Keep it relatively localized to the mid-west (Chicago, St. Louis, Minniapolis). I am hoping for someone who is familiar with the Quad-City area (Davenport, Moline,Rock Island, Bettendorf) and might recommend a shop down there. It is only a couple of hours compared to several. Any help is appreciated, thanks.:thumb:

well the buschur racing in ohio.....there is a dsm shop in chicago area...i forget who. What fuel controller are you using to set up your "ecu mapping" as you describe. just curious.

I live in Dekalb and its about 1 1/2 hours from the quads (my neighbor is from geneseo) but from Dekalb AMS in Arlington Heights is about a 1 1/2 hours and they do great work. this is the address for directions and some more information.

I third AMS I hear they great work. There $200 an hour to fully tuner your car though.
Plus they got the street rep as the fastest EVO:thumb:

Excellant, I can't go against 3 recommendations. Thanks a lot, I definately appreciate it!

LSE Performance in the Twin Cities, if you havent heard of them yet, you will soon when they finish the drag talon (Should catch up to Shep!) and when they finish their street legal Stealth/3000gt should shater any records that stealth/3000gts have.
