replacing engine, shell has 160k what else should i replace?

i had to give up on my plans for my gsx http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/hangout/310017-rebuild-goal-500-50-whp-haha-chime.htmland go back to reality im now gonna go back to stock and just work my way up to my previous goals. my car is currently in my friends parents lot so i cant inspect it right now. so i just want a basic idea.
I will be putting a jdm 6-bolt in my car within a month. what else should i consider replacing on the shell (that's including handling, fuel delivery, etc.) anything you can think of or have experienced going bad with these miles. anything you would do for your car at this point share your thoughts! thanks
to help, when i put the engine in i will be getting an exhaust and a dsm link with a gm maf sensor. along with timing belt replaced, spark plugs/ wires, oil etc and maybe a head gasket while the motors out of the car so i don't have to worry about upping the boost a bit.

Wow, ok for starters bro one step at a time. Search these forums and learn before you ask Replace whats bad and could harm you or your new engine. Check the car for safety issues, brakes , t-case level etc. Change all the fluids!

Check all of your suspension components(tie rod ends, ball joints, wheel bearings, ect.). Check your brakes, change all fluids, and that should get you moving in the right direction

It's 19 years old, everything needs replaced.

Not being a smart ass, but at this point every wearable component on the car needs redone.
