Replace Headlight Lense with ebay headlight lense

I just received a pair of 2gb hedlights and they are a little foggy. I was wondering if it was possible to take the clear plastic off and replace them with the clear plastic that is on my ebay headlights. Would this be possible?

Do you mean that glaze that headlights always seem to get on the outside or that they are foggy on the inside? If it's on the outside, you can just buff it and they will probably look almost new again.

Yea I just got done reading that tech article might just try that. Those ebay ones are in great condition so if it isn't hard and will actually fit I would rather do that, but if not sounds like the way your talking about does the trick.

I'd be very surprised if the ebay lenses fit the stock headlight housings. What's wrong with the ebay housings to just use the whole headlights?

Nothing it's just that they aren't very bright and I don't like the color that they are.
