Removing the Turbine Housing on a 2g.....

Do i need to take off the manifold? I have the vfaq but it is for a 1g. I am hoping someone who has taken this off on a 2g can give me some insight on this. I want to attempt this on the weekend.

To pull the turbo you do not need to take the exhaust manifold off.

no i just want to take off the turbine housing. There is one bolt holding it on. Do i need to remove the manifold to get to this bolt on a 2g? Or once i unbolt the manifold, should i be able to reach this bolt? I have a Big 16g by the way....sorry if i did not mention that before.
