removing intake/tb stud

the lower stud on my intake manifold (where TB connects) is cross threaded, the previous owner just forced the nut onto the stud, but now that i have the nuts and bolts and the UICP off, how do i get that stud out to replace it??? i have an extra stock intake mani, would it be easier just to replace the whole manifold? thanks

Just clamp a pair of vice grips on it. It unscrews.

If the threads aren't too bad, you may be able to run a die over it, although I'm not sure what size you would need. The vice grips is the best method though.
