Hey guys i need to know where the bolts are to remove the driver side headlight to do the unfogging thing. any help is great, and pictures would be great to. thanks alot :dsm:

no, bumper has to come off to get it...i tried breaking mine off and i must be a ####y cuz it wouldnt break..so i had to take off the bumper, which isnt hard and id recommend that...another thing to not do....once you put them back on...you might think "hey if i dont put this bottom bolt in i can get it out easier next time" dont do that...the light will pont upward and bounce around, trust me OMG

haha alright thanks. things are never easy when it comes to these cars is it? well i was just outside checking it out, and im already missing one of the bolts on the back  . i dunno but oh well, i found the top one and my one remaining side one, so i guess ill have to take off my bumper for that bottom one. fun fun. thanks for your help, ill come back if i need anything else

do i have to remove the bumber or just the cover? like just the outside part or the inside too? thanks

im going off memory but you take off both...once you get the cover off there is a fiberglass bumper with 4 bolts...takes 50 seconds to get off....then the headlight bolt should be exposed....the worst part is getting the little plastic screw things off the bumper cover, dumbest invention ever made

LOL well i guess sorta in this experience lucky for me that those crappy ass screws are pretty much all broken out of the wheel well, so i dont need to remove those. well im gonna start working on it in about 30 minutes so ill let you guys know if i have any problems. thanks for your help
Chris

when i took my head light out to replace it with a new one....i didnt have to take the pumper off..if you get a socket wrench with a cpl extension's you can reach the bolts you have to take out..to put it back in u get some double sided tape n put it in the socket, to keep the nut from falling out and tighting the head light back up...i really didnt feel like taking the bumper off for one head light but i got it done this way just as easily...its a tight fit btw

I just took my drivers side headlight off to re-clear coat it.

I didn't take the bumper off, I used a ratchet with a short socket to get the bottom bolt off.

Look up under the bumper, you should be able to see where you can just barely fit a ratchet. If you do it this way, you won't be able to move the ratchet very much, only about one or two clicks at a time.

I haven't tried to take out the passenger side yet, so I don't know about that one.

BTW, does anybody know if any stores sell clear coat in a spray can?

My headlight wasn't fogged, it was just dull because most of the clearcoat was gone, so I have to sand it down and re-clear coat it. :thumbdown

well guys, i let p***y get in the way... sorry, i wasted the day with this one girl instead of working on my car OMG so it appears that i will be working on it next weekend... hopefully  so ya ill get back to you guys next weekend... haha thanks
