Would removing the balance shaft belt do anything other than add a little more vibration to the car? didnt replace it in the gst after replacing the timing belt just left it out since it was broken now the idle is jumping all over the place and dying if not rev'ed after 30 seconds or so. That wouldnt have anything to do with it would it?

Did you add the balance eliminator kit? Or just leave the belt off! As to remove it you have to do this mod correctly

Haha yeah Id never do that, its not my car LOL >_> but yeah its honestly not vibrating to bad
never thought about wearing out that other bearing though good point
