REmoving all emissions related stuff

I am trying to locate a how-to to remove all emissions related stuff in my 93 Eagle Talon Tsi AWD. ANyone have anything out there, my search has been pretty fruitless mostly ending in "getttin rid of your cat" or "test pipe discussions" also if anyone has it for a 2g that'd be great too.
