Remove Broken Cam Cap Bolt? PLEASE HELP!

i was working on my head last night...i just got a head from the junk yard (timing belt skipped) and i was putting my cams on it and as i was torqueing the camshaft cap bolts on to 18 ft lbs... :thumbdown right on the last one it broke :cry: i guess one was bad? or i need new ones? :confused: :cry: any one kno how i can get the broken bolt out of the "hole" there are no stubbs of the bolt out :cry: PLEASE HELP!
 
but the chiltons said 18 ft lbs :confused: so u want me to drill a lil hole? :confused: and then what? "ez-out"? :confused: sorry for being such a newb...thank you for replying :)
