Remove Broken Cam Cap Bolt? PLEASE HELP!

i was working on my head last night...i just got a head from the junk yard (timing belt skipped) and i was putting my cams on it and as i was torqueing the camshaft cap bolts on to 18 ft lbs... :thumbdown right on the last one it broke i guess one was bad? or i need new ones? any one kno how i can get the broken bolt out of the "hole" there are no stubbs of the bolt out PLEASE HELP!

Ah... torque spec on those is 14lb-ft.

Same as any other snapped bolt, center drill and ez-out.

but the chiltons said 18 ft lbs so u want me to drill a lil hole? and then what? "ez-out"? sorry for being such a newb...thank you for replying

im guessing drill a hole and im guessing ez-out is a product for removing broken bolts.
