I ended up using my rear wiper fluid reservoir. I had to cap off the pump, and for the cap I gutted out a spark plug wire and drilled another hole through the top for the line to come in. I mounted it where the stock smic would be so I had plenty of room. Works great and looks halfway decent. :thumb:

I'll add mine to the mix seeing how I just did it the other day. I just bent the stock bracket slightly and put it down where the stock sidemount used to be. I used an existing bolt that was the perfect size. Its not as solidly mounted as the stock location so I might have to do something about that.

I'm thinking about getting a punishment kit and I too am having trouble deciding what to do with my overflow tank. I drive a 95 too, so I have the sensor to worry about. I really don't want to have a light popping up and the sidemount location seems a bit too low for my liking...
Has anyone really figured out a lasting solution?

It's weird I have 2 95 GSXs, the one I did of my ghetto-fab ghettorade overflow obviously means no more use for the sensor.

Dont get any type of dummy lights on. My other 95 GSX though, the moment even the sensor is removed light is on.

Anyways, the ghetto-rade bottle i illustrate above works and is the easiest most convenient location.. BUT that plastic is just not able to take the temperature of the engine bay. it will start to warp slowly.

It's too bad because its the perfect size. If someone can cast that in a more durable plastic, they could make some money.

Was wondering why this hasn't been brought up recently.. Guess people are creative and can figure out alternative ways to mount the overflow bottle.

With my ETS short route FMIC I Had to relocate my bottle. I placed it right behind the radiator and derictly in front of the alternator with zip ties. Will post pics tomorrow. Would like to see what other people have done other then Gatorade bottles... Haha
