Red?

Haven't seen red before. I always use green in the Talon. Orange for my Chrysler. What does the bottle say?

I've never heard of red either except for water wetter which is kinda pink. But thats an additive to be added to antifreeze. Orange is Chrysler's DexCool stuff which is junk and should only be used in certain applications.

Just use the regular old green antifreeze and make sure to use clean distilled water if your not buying the premixed stuff.

I got 5 gallons of it for free. So I would like to use it in my eclipse.. I am going to you destilled water and water wetter also...

I have seen the red in all the newer toyotas and some newer cars. not sure of the difference other than your not supposed to mix them.

As stated the red stuff is Toyota specific, the orange dexcool is for gm's, not Chrysler. Chrysler does use orange coolant, but it isn't the same as dexcool. Just use the normal green coolant.

the red stuff is 5 years 100,000 mile antifreeze . I personally don't like it stick with the green stuff .
