I just got this BOV:
Forge Motorsport | Alloy Fabrication

Does it really matter which valve is being used to be dumped back into the intake? I currently have the bottem hooked up to the intercooler and the side valve dumping, but its upside down ROFL
Getting a new intercooler/pipeing so i kind of want it not upside down at the moment.
Thanks

What exactly are you asking? The opening with the spring loaded plate should be attached to your intercooler pipe, the other opening should be dumped back into your intake pipe. Are you saying you have it hooked up backwards, because yes that matters. Or are you saying that the actual BOV is upside down, because no that doesn't matter providing you have the BOV hooked up correctly. Maybe take a picture and post it so I can fully understand what you mean.

If you upgrade the intercooler piping, you are more than likely need the Forge recirculation valve in the link below. I have this valve, so if you have any questions, please just ask. As you can see in the link below, the bottom of the valve is a metal flange made for the 1G flange. There are plenty of companies that make intercooler pipes for the 2Gs with the BOV flange for a 1G.

Also use the "Search Button" with the keyword "Forge" and you'll find several very helpful threads about these particular BOVs. There has been a lot of discussion about it. Just look around. :)

Anyways, if you could take a picture of your current setup to help us visualize what issues you're dealing with, that would be stupendous.

No i was just curious if it was going to matter if the bov was actually UPSIDE DOWN. But so far it doesnt. Getting a new intercooler this week :) so ill have to make it set up so it wont be upside down LOL.
Thanks
