It won't hurt to ask Jeff if he will do it. You'll get the benefit of his experience with different injector deadtime parameters.
What you would likely get from the $10 is your chip copied with the injector global set for 550's and perhaps his best guess at your injector deadtime. It might be identical to what you would get from Jeff or it might not depending on the brand of your injectors. If you read the link Bud posted you see what he'll change, regardless if he does it by hand or with something like tunerpro.
