Saskatoon,
If i buy a rebuild kit from machV.com and rebuild my engine that has 180 000miles on it will it be like new again? in other words, after a rebuild will the engine last as long as it would when it was new?

are you talking about doing an actual rebuild? Meaning, are you taking it to a machine shop, having the cylinders honed out, rebuilding the head, and what not? If that's what you're doing, then the answer is yes, it will run like new and last just as long. Just remember that whatever you don't replace in the rebuild process, won't act like new. So basically, don't half-ass the rebuild.

ok yeah i would be going for the full rebuild. Just makin sure. thanx for the reply! :thumb:
