I just had my engine rebuilt and was on my was to work when it started to bog down, get what felt like fuel cut, and my rpms were shooting pretty erratically. ive got a maft on my car and have heard of them acting like this after rainstorms, which i did pass through an hour before. After I stopped I checked under the hood and tried starting it again, and now it wont even start. Does this sound like a broken translator?

I had a guy take a look at it and it seems that im not getting any spark, so we're thinking its the coil pack, sound familiar to anyone?

had a the codes checked and it turns out CAS. Gonna talk to the shop who put my engine in, because the car only made it 200 miles before this happened.

Yeah i never had a chance to check out the car myself, its 200 miles away sitting at a shop, the car broke down on the highway late at night and i had to work in the morning, so i had it towed to the nearest city and hitched home. The shop never had a chance to check the codes till today. Would a faulty cas cause there to be no spark?
