Resolved Reason for Fuel Pump Rewire?

Is there a reason to rewire the fuel pump. What will this do for performance? And is it worth it?

You rewire the pump becasue as pressure and volume increase the cheesy stock wiring does not supply all the of the 12volts only around 10 or so. So you re-wire to get the pump the full 12volts to the pump meaning you get the full flow of the pump.

You will need a fuel pump upgrade for the Big 16g and do the rewire for the new pump! If you plan on running any kinda boost, it's better to be safe and have more fuel on hand. Get an upgraded fuel pump and rewire it !!!! I stress once again if you get a Big 16g get an upgraded fuel pump and rewire the new !!!

I'm sure you already have these basis covered, cause you said you were getting ready to install your Big 16g...........correct? Fuel pump, injectors, Safc, ported everything etc............ you know the basics!
